ERG / VEP Centre

When examination and imaging cannot explain reduced vision, the retina and visual pathways are assessed through their electrical responses. ERG and VEP tests are performed within the clinic and interpreted together with examination findings.

  • ERG — electrical response of the retinal layers
  • VEP — assessment of the visual pathways and optic nerve
  • Diagnostic support in unexplained vision loss and night blindness
  • Assessment in paediatric patients when examination cooperation is limited

{ Treatment Plan }

What happens at the clinic.

Four steps from the first examination to long-term follow-up, with dedicated time and attention at each stage.

  1. — First step

    First Examination and Assessment

The complaint, an eye examination and, if needed, an OCT/imaging assessment are carried out.

  2. — Second step

    Personalised Treatment Planning

Every patient's complaint and eye findings differ. The treatment process and follow-up plan are arranged by taking personal characteristics into account.

  3. — Third step

    Early Post-Treatment Follow-up

After treatment, the recovery process is monitored regularly in the early period.

  4. — Fourth step

    Clinical Check-up and Follow-up Process

The recovery process is monitored through clinical check-ups at certain intervals.
